Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Gift vouchers must be redeemed via our Reservations Centre by calling 01603 209 955. Some date and time restrictions may apply. When you book your experience or redeem your voucher against a booking, the voucher will be validated and redeemed electronically. Our gift vouchers cannot be used to guarantee or pay for a booking made online/via our website. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given. Vouchers can be used for Sunday Stays only, are valid for 12months from date of purchase and bookings are are subject to availability. If you do not use your gift voucher within the given validity period it will no longer be valid. Vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once, are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.
